Do you offer warranty?

  • Yes, our customers have Limited Warranty Rights over the products they purchased in Ezy Prime. Warranty covers products that are used in normal condition and maintenance during the warranty period of 5 months from the date of purchase. You can check out the Warranty Policy.

    What if my package goes missing?

    • Once a customer reached out for a missing product/parcel. Our customer service will lodge an inquiry on our designated couriers. Once it has been confirmed missing, we will arrange a replacement or refund for the missing products.

     

    I put the wrong address for my order

    • email us at info@ezyprime.com.au we will update the delivery address on your order if it has not been picked up by our couriers.

     

    How do I be updated if an item is back in stock?

    • We update back-in-stock products in two ways. First is through a social media post through our Instagram and TikTok pages. Second is through an email campaign sent to registered customers. So, make sure to follow our pages to stay updated. or email us to be first in line.

    • Yes. To secure your order, order before the stocks arrive. You just need to contact us through info@ezyprime.com.au with product you want to order so you'll be listed as pre-order customers.
