Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase, or the order number and proof of payment.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label. Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

 

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the current item. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you about whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
